I am having issues while trying to figure out the Outlook and BYD integration. Any experience/help will be greatly appreciated.
1. When I create an email in Outlook and then press on Add Email under the BYD tab, the sync message comes back with this error:
Text Content has not been set for text of text ID 00163E04C86B1ED3A4EBC9453F11293000163E04C86B1ED3A4
The email address and email are associated with an account I am responsible for. What does this error mean - I do not understand alien code.
2. When I create a new Contact in the BYD Contacts folder, associate it with an account, and then press Add Contact, the contact creates in BYD but the contact in Outlook is wiped and becomes and empty record in the BYD folder. Is this normal?
3. When I create a Task, associate it with an account I am responsible for, and then press Add Task on the BYD tab, I get the error:
xxxx@xx.com (my email) is not uniquely assigned to an account or contact. Of course it would not be unique as my name is associated with multiple customer accounts and contacts, so why do I get this error? And no there is no other user id with my email as I have already checked that.
4. When I go to the BYD tab, Settings-->Download Contacts I expected the contacts and accounts in BYD that I am responsible for to appear in my BYD Accounts and BYD Contacts folder under People in Outlook...no such luck. I get a message that the Contacts were successfully synchronized...yet they are not in the BYD folders in Outlook!
