For Person ID Infotype 0709 needs to be maintained. This will remain same for the employee in case of global employment. It is the unique identifier for a person.
A person can have multiple PERNRs assigned if they are on International Assignment/Transfer (one for each country). The infotype 709 of each of these PERNRs will have the same unique PersonID assigned to them.
