What is the SAP release you are trying to install, base ERP 6.0 or EHP...?
Anyway the error log does not see to be complete, there will be another log with more detailed message. Check for the last changed logs in the installation folder and look for more detailed error message. Also check the tp log.
I remember I got a similar error for using the wrong SWPM version but cannot say for sure till I see the detailed error log.
