"universal work list not visible" in HR process & Forms.

HI,

In HR Process & Forms when Iam starting any process the process should be visible in the HR Admin or Higher manager worklist.

But even after doing necessary settings I am not able to see the Process in Universal Work lIst.

I have done the seetings in PFTC transaction.

In SWI1 transaction also the process in coming as ready.

Can anyone help me that why this is happening??
