I have studied your posts and I am still a little but confused but from my understanding I just want to clear you some points.
- When we create consignment fillup of lets say 10 quantity and issue fully then user can't reject the item. If we issue partial then it can be rejected. Please check in your case if it was fully delivered or not.
- May be in delivery document at the time of issuance users are changing quantity. Check the change log of sale order and delivery order for better understanding.
- If your issue is that the quantity is different in consignment fill up and consignment issue then it can be because of different quantity in both orders.
- Table ZMERCOND is not a standard table so we don't know how you are updating this and what is the logic behind this.
