Lets say you have created the Rule for Base Entitlement as below from the path
Time Management -> Time Data Recording and Administration -> Managing Time Accounts Using Attendance/Absence Quotas -> Calculating Absence Entitlements -> Rules for Generating Absence Quotas -> Set Base Entitlements
Now, this rule will have to be assgined under the Base Entitlement tab of table T559L.
