SAP MDM User Inactivity

Dear SAP Experts :-)

I need your help

Can you please tell me if SAP MDM has the functionality to -

1 - delete user ID's from the system once inactive ?

2 - review user accoutns based on inactivity?

3 - show last date logged onto SAP in a simple way rather than viewing hundreds of files?
