Re: No entries displayed in Index Monitor (SES_ADMIN)

Hi Khushboo,

 

the 3.0.76-0.11 is usually SLES 11 SP 3 (or SP 2) . Please check this in the /etc/SuSE-release. I think it's  a compartibility issue between the very old TREX 710 REV 40 and the OS . Could you please update the TREX to the REV 59 as first. Most likely the Queue was created incompletely  . After upgrade it will be necessary to delete the index from SES_ADMIN and recreate this . If it doesn't help -> please check if the directory .../queue/ses/der_300_int_poer___nc exist and delete this -> restart TREXQueueServer and try to recreate the index again.
