Time conversion from CET to IST

Hi experts,

My SAP system has CET fortmat. But i need it into IST format.

for example i have created a sales order at 12:30 PM IST. but in the tables is saving as 9 AM (because 3:30 hrs difference between CET and IST).

Is there any Function module, where if i give input as Date and time (CET) and give me IST time.
