I have the same issue where KKO0 has WIP values unassigned, where you have said:

The reason why WIP appears as un-assigned in KKO0 reports is that your LINE IDs do not match with your cost component structure in OKTZ... Define as many LINE IDs as your cost components...

Where do I define the line items for WIP to match my entries in OKTZ
