So your options here will be:

- MM02: Control how the requisitions are created in the MRP by playing with the MRP parameters: lot size, minimim lot size, etc. This way you can reduce the number of requisitions. For example, lot size WB will create 1 requisition per week, MB will create 1 requisition per month, etc.

- ME59N: Control how the requisitions are grouped in the PO createion by playing with the parameters.
