Just my suggestion,
check the start date of IT0001 (first record) and now you go toIT2006 and create the absence quota (this date should be less than the start date of IT0001. If this is fine then my suggestion is check the quota config.
some time you might be using feature QUOMO. this feature will be read the table V_T559L "quota type selection rule ) as return value and it gives the default value for start date and end date in IT2006.
lets say in you configuration you have put accurual period as calender year and "related to period " also as calendar year in base entitlement ( V_T559L) so when you create a record in IT2006 system will default the start date is 01.01.XXXX as default.
In your case lets say you hired employee in 01.04.2013 (according to IT0001) and now your creating quota then system will default the start date and end date as 01.01.2013 and 31.12.1013.
in this case, there is no record available from 01.01.2013...so system might give you error message saying no IT0001 exist .
Pls check if this is the case?
