Dear friends,
I have an issue. In the WO we have planned hours and those hours have an cost. But, after the confirmations, even if the Actual Hours are nat the same number as the Planned ones, in the WO, the Actual Costs remain the same as were for the Planned Hours.
Example - Hour cost = 50 Euro.
- Planned Hours - 6
- Planned Costs - 300 Euro
Confirmation - Actual Hours - 4
In WO - Actual Costs - Still 300 Euro.
Can you help me by guiding me on where I can check, maybe in configuration, in costing area, or in Activity for having the correct Actual Costs, based on Confirmation Hours, in our case - 200 Euro, instead of 300?
