Hi Sandra,

You have to use the relay server described in http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2600912.

We are using an EHP2 for CRM 7 system, which has SAP_BASIS version 731 and SAP is configured to use the relay server.  We are still having issues having emails coming in to SAP, but leaving SAP is OK.
