HR P&F: Launch form from Personal Profile page

Hi Experts

I've a requirement to show a link in ESS personal profile page to open form (built in FPM) to add dependent instead of using ADD button in HRESS_A_PERSINFO application because it requires 2 level approval before updating Infotype.

As far as my knowledge the form can be launch from ASR_PROCESS_START_OVP application but is there any way to provide link in ESS->Personal Details page to launch form by employee.
