Hi,
I have gone through a sentence A talent management specialist can assign an employee to a position as a possible successor and set the status as Nominated. During a talent review meeting, the participants confirm that the employee is a suitable successor. Therefore, after the talent review meeting, the talent management specialist changes the status of the assignment to Approved.
1/ My question regards to this is how and where will talent management specialist assign an employee as successor in the system.
2/ Is there any successor ranking maintained?
2/ When i am trying to approve an employee in talent group, the employee is getting disappeared from that list.Only Nominated and Rejected candidates are visible.Where does approve candidates list go?
Pls guide me on this.
