Thanks for replying.

But I have to check in textarea whether the user input the text having paragraph or not. Therefore for that i added the line 'SPLIT stringAT cl_abap_char_utilities=>newline INTO lv_var1 lv_var2.'

if sy-subrc = 0. then there will be paragraph but it is not showing the output in correct fashion when i am pasting the text.
