Netweaver and Bif are not the same.
If you need to interface with SAP Business Suite/ECC and Business One u can use B1iSN. It's free (comes with your SBO-license).
I think you cann't use netweaver against SBO because you need to connect with the DI-API.
With Netweaver you can integratie with other tools but this is not the correct forum for this. With B1i you can also connect with a lot of third party tools but i'm not sure if this is allowed. I thought only if SBO is the central interface this is allowed.
Please contact your salespartner or a local SAP product expert for this.
