I have faced the similar issue and issue is resolved by following below steps.
Cache has to be cleared.
Run the Tcode SE38 and execute the below programs:
UJXO_CLEAN_CACHE
UJXO_CLEAN_DIM_CACHE
UJXO_CLEAN_TDH_DIM_CACHE
