We are on BOXI 3.1 SP6. I have recently applied FP6.2 and since applying this, when I go into the CCM and click on the Configuration tab I get the message 'Failed to retrieve cluster name from the database'. Then on the area under CMS Database Configuration it says 'CMS is not part of a cluster'. Our environment contains two clustered servers.
I had to apply FP6.2 to fix a bug with downloads to Excel so uninstalling it is not really an option. I now need to change my cluster name but am unable to do this because of the error.
Any ideas what could cause this? I have searched SAP notes for a solution but found nothing that applies.
