Hi Priti,

I suggest to analyze the system log (t/code SM21), short dumps (t/code ST22) and the Application Log (from the context of the DSO - at activation time). Try to collect and analyze such information and probably it will give you useful information or hints.

The error message you shared gives insufficient information.
