Hire date

HI all

i need to query company code, payroll area, emp subgrp and shift to do certain calculation. additionally i also need to query hire date depending on emp subgroup. If the hire date is prior 2010 my rate is 50 and in case of post 2010 my rate is 45. i have hire date maintained in it0041. Kindly help to build a PCR for this requirement.
