I would like to set a key figure to a specific value based on a characteristic value.
Example:
| Sales Doc. | (A) Incoming Order value | (B) Turnover value | Backlog value (A - B) | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 4711 | 10,000 USD | 9,900 USD | 100 USD | C |
| 4712 | 5,000 USD | 5,000 USD | A | |
| Total | 15,000 USD | 9,900 USD | 5,100 USD |
Status legend:
A = back oder (open); C = done
Altough the Sales Doc. 4711 is done, I become a positive backlog value of 100 USD (10,000 - 9,900).
Is it possible to enhance the calculated key figure "backlog value" with the following rule:
if status = C, backlog value == 0
else incoming order value - turnover value
Any ideas?
